The Business Analysis is a consultative project that provides
our respective teams an opportunity to meet and define
your requirements. During the business analysis
phase of a project our consultants will meet with key
members of your staff to discuss and refine the project
requirements. This allows the project teams to define
and clearly understand the scope of the upcoming software
project.
A business analysis project can normally be completed
in one to four weeks depending upon the size of the project
being considered. Upon completion, you will receive
a formal analysis document detailing the project scope,
a preliminary schedule, and perhaps most importantly,
a fixed price quote.
