As a founding partner of
LYNXDev, Robert has been developing solutions for
the financial services industry for over twelve
years. Having written professional software
since 1987, Robert has a strong mix of business
and technical skills. Prior to joining LYNXDev,
Robert worked at Edbro software developing the
PC-Bond software suite marketed through Scotia
McLeod as well as at IBM Canada and Philips Electronics.
Robert holds both Bachelor and Masters degrees
in pure mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

Richard
Pooran
Vice President

Richard joined LYNXDev
in 1998. Richard takes on key roles in business
analysis, project management, and client relationship
management. Prior to joining LYNXDev, Richard
worked at Lower Canada College in Montreal as
the Director of Information Technology. Richard
holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics
from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor
of Education from the University of Western Ontario.

Garth Olsen

| As C.O.O., Garth plays a key role in overseeing projects, client relationships and managing resources. Garth joined LYNXDev in 2006. Prior to joining the company, Garth worked at YMG, a wealth management firm and at Structured Capital, an investment council firm, where he developed portfolio optimizing and monitoring software. Garth holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics from the University of Waterloo. |
